Common Guide of Emotional Management in Schools.
Our work together, sharing and learning from each other, researching and growing as individuals and as a team, brought up as a very positive result, a Common Guide for Emotional Management in schools we apply and strongly think it is a positive tool for many other schools to implement and help them manage their students´ emotions creating a positive and safe learning environment.
Common Guide of Conflict Mediation in Schools.
We understand conflict as a situation that a person lives and that makes it difficult for him to live with himself and / or with others which, in turn, generates stress and restlessness. Those who live through a conflict feel trapped, see no solution and, in many cases, carry it alone and have difficulty managing it.
In this process it is important to involve family, students and teachers to resolve conflicts in the classroom. Dialogue, empathy and self-knowledge are some of the aspects that can help to face them.
These are some techniques or tools that we can put into practice in our classrooms.
